  • Only confirmed orders will be packed and dispatched within 2 working days.

3. Payment & Open Parcel

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with the option to open and inspect the parcel before payment.

  • Payment must be made only after satisfaction with the product.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges and applicable government taxes are borne by the customer and added at checkout.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Since customers can inspect the parcel before payment, no returns or exchanges are allowed after payment is made.

  • If a wrong or damaged item is received, it must be refused at the time of delivery.

6. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is unavailable.
